II. Service Guarantee Commitment
We understand the importance of network stability for business operations and solemnly commit: If the server network quality declines during the service period, customers can apply for a refund. The refund amount will be accurately calculated based on the remaining service days. For example, if a customer pays an annual fee of 365 yuan and applies for a refund after 90 days of use, the remaining 275 days will entitle them to a refund of 275 yuan (calculation formula: 365 yuan ÷ 365 days × 275 days), effectively protecting customer rights.

Peak Bandwidth Products: Due to the traffic-based billing model, bandwidth contention may occur during peak periods. It is normal for peak bandwidth products to fail to reach the marked speed during peak hours.
Network Latency Issues: Refund applications are supported if the ping value continuously exceeds 150ms (the normal domestic value is approximately 50ms) and is not restored within 2 hours (except for force majeure factors such as network attacks on the data center).
